What is a Self-Paced Class? Our self-paced class to obtain your New Jersey real estate license allows you to start and finish completely on your own schedule. This means if you sign up at 12 PM, you can start the class at 12:01 PM! This also means you can take the class at 2 PM or 2 AM! You make your own schedule!
How Does the Self-Paced Class Work? After signing up, you can enter your student portal and begin your class. Your class will be a series of lectures and topics to ensure you know exactly what is needed to pass the state exam. Once completed, you will pass the school exam and then move on to the state exam to become licensed!
Will I Have Any Interaction with Kyle Kovats? Yes! Twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays Kyle hosts live Zoom meetings with students to do practical sales training. In this class, Kyle goes over the most likely scenarios you are going to be put in when dealing with buyers and sellers. You will discuss how to properly conduct a buyer's consultation, how to give a proper listing presentation to sellers, how to navigate bidding wars when representing both buyers and sellers, and a whole lot more! You are also free to ask Kyle any questions you have during these sessions as well!
